Removing






- Remove the plenum chamber bulkhead. Refer to => [ Plenum Chamber Bulkhead ] Plenum Chamber Bulkhead.

- Loosen the left catalytic converter.

- Remove the lock washers - arrows -.

- Remove the heat shield - 2 - upward.

Installing

• Tightening specifications => [ Heat Shields Assembly Overview ] Heat Shields Assembly Overview.

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

- Make sure the heat shield is pushed in behind the right heat shield - 1 - and the center heat shield - 3 - for the tunnel.

- Install the left catalytic converter or particulate filter.

- Install the plenum chamber bulkhead. Refer to => [ Plenum Chamber Bulkhead ] Plenum Chamber Bulkhead.
