MMI Screen Cover, Through MY 11

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim Removal Wedge (3409)

Removing






- Pry the MMI screen cover - 1 - out at the corners - arrow - using the (3409) and remove it.

- Disconnect the front passenger airbag disabled indicator lamp (K145) / emergency flasher button (E229) electrical connector and remove the cover.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

• Check the clips for damage or deformation and replace them if necessary.

- Press the MMI screen cover on until it engages audibly.
