Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Trim Removal Wedge (3409)





Removing





- Turn control ring - 1 - - alpha - = 45° to the right.

- Using (3409), pry instrument panel vent - 2 - from instrument panel.

- Remove instrument panel vent - 2 - from instrument panel by hand.

Installation





Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

- Turn control ring - 1 - - alpha - = 45° to the right.

- When sliding instrument panel vent - 2 - into instrument panel - 1 -, ensure guide - arrow B - engages in recess - arrow A -.





- Slide instrument panel vent - 2 - in - direction of arrow - into instrument panel - 1 - as far as stop.
