Radiator Assembly Overview
Risk of injury from coolant fan starting by itself.
• Before working in fan shroud area, disconnect electrical connectors.
1 Coolant Hose
• To the coolant reservoir
• Lift the retaining clamp to remove
• Connecting, refer to => [ Connect the Coolant Hose to the Coupling ]
2 O-ring
• Replace
3 Coolant Hose
• Lift the retaining clamp to remove
4 O-ring
• Replace
5 Coolant Hose
• Lift the retaining clamp to remove
6 O-ring
• Replace
7 Radiator
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Radiator ] Radiator
• After replacing, replace entire amount of coolant
8 Air Duct
9 Condenser
10 Hydraulic Oil Cooler
• For power steering
11 Retaining Pin
• Disengage and remove using screwdriver
12 Rubber Buffer
13 Rubber Bushing
• For radiator
14 Rubber Buffer
15 Bolt
• 3.5 Nm
16 Air Duct
17 O-ring
• Replace
18 Coolant Hose
• Lift the retaining clamp to remove
Connect the Coolant Hose to the Coupling
- Remove the old O-ring - 2 - in the coolant hose - 3 -.
- Coat new O-ring with coolant and install it in the coolant hose.
- Press the coolant hose onto the connection - 1 - until it engages audibly.
- Press the coolant hose on again and pull to make sure the connection is engaged correctly.
