• 9 Nm
2 Intake Flap Motor (V157)
• Beginning with MY 2009, the Variable Intake Manifold Runner Motor (V157) has become the Intake Manifold Tuning Valve (N316)
3 Bolt
• 9 Nm
4 Variable Intake Manifold Runner Motor (V183)
• Beginning with MY 2009, the Variable Intake Manifold Runner Motor (V183) has become the Intake Manifold Tuning Valve (N156)
5 Circlip
6 Bolt
• 2.5 Nm
7 Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor (G336)
• Right cylinder bank
• After replacing, perform "Adaptation" in "Guided Fault Finding" Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing, and Information System (VAS 5051B).
8 Gasket
• Replace if damaged
• Open side faces Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor (G336)
9 Intake manifold
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Intake Manifold ] Intake Manifold
10 O-ring
• Replace
11 Intake tube
• With crankcase housing ventilation connection
12 Bolt
• 9 Nm
13 Throttle Valve Control Module (J338)
• After replacing, perform "Adaptation" in "Guided Fault Finding" Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing, and Information System (VAS 5051B).
14 O-ring
• Replace
15 O-ring
• Replace
16 Bolt
• 9 Nm
17 Crankcase housing ventilation pressure regulator valve
18 Bracket
• For vacuum hose
19 Bolt
• 9 Nm

• 9 Nm

• Tightening specification and sequence, refer to => [ Intake Manifold Tightening Sequence ]
22 Intake manifold seals
• Replace
23 Gasket
• Replace if damaged.
• open side faces Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor 2 (G512)
24 Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor 2 (G512)
• Left cylinder bank
• After replacing, perform "Adaptation" in "Guided Fault Finding" vehicle diagnostic, testing, and information system (VAS 5051B).
25 Bolt
• 2.5 Nm
26 Circlips
Intake Manifold Tightening Sequence
- Tighten intake manifold bolts in - 1 through 10 - sequence.
• First tightening: 8 Nm
• Second tightening: 9 Nm and tighten another 90 degrees.
