Electronic Damping Control Module

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051B)

Removing





The electronic damping control module (J250) is behind the rear shelf (coupe) or bulkhead trim (Spyder) on the right vehicle side.

- Remove the rear shelf in the coupe.

- Remove the right bulkhead trim in the Spyder.

- Remove bolts - 1 -.

- Remove nuts - 2 -.

- Disconnect the connector - 2 - and remove the control module - 1 - to the side.





Installing

Installation is the reverse of removal, with special attention to the following:

- Install the rear shelf or bulkhead trim.

- If the electronic damping control module is replaced, the control position must be reprogrammed.

- Readapt control position using the (VAS 5051B).
