Tire Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

Metal Valve Body

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Torque wrench (V.A.G 1410)

- Place metal valve with rubber seal through rim from inside.

- Position beveled washer and union nut from outside and tighten.

- Secure against turning with counterhold - 1 - (e.g. drill bit dia. 2 mm).





- Press the tire pressure sensor - 1 - into bed and fasten at rear of valve with microencapsulated bolt.
