Fuel Pressure Sensors

Removing

• The following procedure describes removal and installation of the left fuel pressure sensor 2 (G624).

- Install the protective body covers. Refer to => [ Protective Body Covers, Installing ] Procedures.

- Remove the upper section of the intake manifold. Refer to => [ Intake Manifold, Upper Section ] Intake Manifold, Upper Section.

- Disconnect electrical connectors - 1 - and - 2 -.





- Remove the bolts - arrows - and move the bracket and the EVAP system purge regulator valve 2 (N333) and secondary air injection solenoid valve (N112) to the side.

- Disconnect electrical connector - arrow -.





- Remove the fuel pressure sensor.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ High Pressure Pump Assembly Overview ] High Pressure Pump Assembly Overview.

- Install the upper section of the intake manifold. Refer to => [ Intake Manifold, Upper Section ] Intake Manifold, Upper Section.
