Air Injection Pressure Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair

Secondary Air Injection Sensors 1 and 2

Removing

- Install protective body covers. Refer to => [ Protective Body Covers, Installing ] Procedures.

- R8 Spyder: Remove the service flap.





- Remove the air filter housing.





- Disconnect the connector - 2 -.





- Carefully press the locking mechanism toward the outside - arrows - and remove the secondary air injection sensors - 1 -.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

• Replace O-ring.

- Install air filter housing.

- Install the service flap.
