Parking Assist Control Module: Service and Repair

Parking Aid Control Module

Observe notes on contact corrosion. Refer to => [ Contact Corrosion ] Service Precautions.

Removing

- If the control module was replaced, select the Replace function for the respective control module in Guided Fault Finding or Guided Functions.

- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Remove the driver seat.

- Lift the carpet under the driver seat.

- Remove the nuts - 1 and 3 - and the parking aid control module (J446) - item 2 -.





- Disconnect electrical connectors - 4, 5, 6 -.

Installing

• Tightening specification => [ tightening specifications ] Service and Repair.

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Install the carpet.

- Install the driver seat.
