Accelerator Pedal Module with Throttle Position Sensors

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Release Tool (T10238)

Removing

- Disconnect electrical connector - 2 - by pressing the release button - arrow -.





- Pry off cap - 1 - using a screw driver and remove the screw.

- Using the release tool (T10238), insert it all the way into the opening provided - arrow - and remove the accelerator pedal module.





Installing

• Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Accelerator Pedal Module Assembly Overview ] Accelerator Pedal Module Assembly Overview.

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

- Connect the electrical connector - 1 - to the accelerator pedal module - 4 -.





• The connector must engage audibly.

- Place the pad - 5 - between the accelerator pedal module and the mounting bolt, and press the accelerator pedal module on the mounting bolt - 6 -.

- Insert the centering pin - 7 - into the hole in the bracket.

- Tighten the bolt - 2 - to secure the accelerator pedal module and replace the cap - 3 -.
