Left Camshaft Timing Chain
1 Camshaft Adjuster for Exhaust Camshaft
• Identification exhaust
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Camshaft Timing Chains ] Camshaft Timing Chains
2 Bolt
• Replace
• Pre-tightening specification: 60 Nm
• Final tightening specification: 80 Nm plus an additional 90° turn
3 Bolt
• Replace
• Pre-tightening specification: 60 Nm
• Final tightening specification: 80 Nm plus an additional 90° turn
4 Camshaft Adjuster for Intake Camshaft
• Identification intake
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Camshaft Timing Chains ] Camshaft Timing Chains
5 Left Camshaft Timing Chain
• Mark the running direction with pain before removing.
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Camshaft Timing Chains ] Camshaft Timing Chains
6 Bolt
• Replace
• 5 Nm plus an additional 90° turn
7 Guide Piece
8 Left Camshaft Timing Chain Tensioner
• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Camshaft Timing Chains ] Camshaft Timing Chains
9 Oil Strainer
• Set into the chain tensioner
• Installed position: the locating tab on the circumference must fit into the groove on the chain tensioner
10 Gasket
• Replace
• Clipped onto the chain tensioner
11 Mounting Bracket for Drive Sprocket
12 Bolt
• Replace
• 5 Nm plus an additional 90° turn
13 Left Camshaft Timing Chain Drive Sprocket
14 Thrust Washer for Drive Sprocket
15 Bolt
• 22 Nm
Right Camshaft Timing Chain
1 Pivot Pin for Drive Sprocket
• For the right camshaft timing chain
• Asymmetrical version
• Installed location
2 Bolt
• 42 Nm

4 Camshaft Bolt
• Replace
• Pre-tightening specification: 60 Nm

• Replace

• Final tightening specification: 80 Nm plus an additional 90° turn

Installation Location of the Mounting Pins for the Right Camshaft Timing Chain Drive Sprocket
• The alignment bushings in the right camshaft timing chain drive sprocket mounting pins - 3 - must engage in the holes in the thrust washer - 1 - and cylinder block.
