Belt Latch Anchorage Point

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• torque wrench (V.A.G 1331)





Removing





- Remove the seat: Standard seat, refer to => [ Standard Front Seat ] Standard Front Seats; power seat, refer to=> [ Power Front Memory Seat ] Power Front Memory Seats.

- Remove belt buckle - 1 - screw - 4 -.

- Vehicles with seat belt fasten sensor: Press the tabs - 2 - and disconnect the connector.

Installation

Installation is in reverse order of removal. Be sure to note the following:

- Replace the seat belt latch bolt.

- Vehicles with seat belt fasten sensor: make sure the wire is connected at position - 3 -.

Tightening specification: - 4 - 34 Nm
