Door Lock






1 - Socket head bolt M 8

• 20 Nm

2 - Front Door

3 - Backing

4 - Door lock

• The door trim panel is removed.

• Window frame and window regulator removed.

• On driver side, you must first remove cover => [ Remove the Door Lock Cover ] Door Handle.

• Disconnect the door lock connector.

• Release catch on release lever from door lock and unclip operating rod.=> [ Engaging Operating Rod in Door Lock ] Door Handle

• Remove the multi-point bolts - 1 - and remove door lock.

5 - Shaft

• To install, insert so-called shaft "Paddle" in nut on door lock- arrow -as shown.

6 - Transfer module

• Clipped in door handle

• Only installed on driver side.

• Removing:=> [ Removing the Transfer Module ] Front Door Handle and Door Lock

7 - Inside door release mechanism release

• To install, first insert vertically into release lever as shown in the magnified area of illustration, then swivel 90° and clip into door lock to secure.

- To install, first insert release - 2 - vertically into release lever - 3 - as shown in the magnified area of illustration, then swivel 90° and clip into door lock - 1 - to secure.
