Internet Access Control Module (J666) Battery

The battery is installed in the internet access control module. If a fault was stored in the DTC memory in the information electronics control module 1 (J794) using the battery, then it must also be replaced.

- Turn off all electrical consumers.

- Remove the key.

Removing

- Remove the internet access control module, refer to => [ Internet Access Control Module (J666) ] Internet Access Control Module (J666).

- Press the tab - arrow A - on the cover- 1 -, then fold the cover - 1 - in the - direction of the arrow B - and remove it from the internet access control module - 2 -.






- Remove the battery - 1 - from the internet access control module - 2 -.






Installing

- Perform the installation in reverse order.
