Prerequisites

• Interior rearview mirror installed.

• Ignition switched on.

• Reverse gear not engaged.

Checking

- Close off photosensor on front side (or tape off).

- Shine a light source on the back side of the photosensor (flashlight).

• The interior rearview mirror must dim within a short period of time.
