1 - Nut

^ 480 Nm
^ Always replace.
^ For output flange

2 - Bevel box output flange

3 - Output flange cover cap

^ Only replace if damaged

4 - Oil seal

5 - Oil seal

6 - Bevel box

7 - Oil drain plug

^ 60 Nm
^ For bevel box

8 - Oil seal

9 - Filling and inspection plug

^ 15 Nm
^ Always replace.
^ For bevel box

10 - Bolt

^ 40 Nm plus an additional 45 degree turn
^ Always replace
^ Quantity: 4, securing bevel box on the transmission

11 - Ventilation tube

12 - Ventilation cap

13 - Countersunk bolt

^ 30 Nm
^ Always replace

14 - Right drive flange

15 - Oil seal

^ Always replace after removing right flange shaft

16 - Needle bearing

^ Needle bearings (polygon bearings) are difficult to move with flange shaft removed, this does not indicate a faulty bearing. A test for noisy bearings can only be performed with the bearings installed.
^ Check for damage to the bearing, e.g. cracks on outer race, replace if necessary.

17 - Mount
