Fog/Driving Lamp Bulb: Service and Repair

Fog Light Bulb (Audi S8), Replacing







Removing

- Remove fog lamp.
- Release retaining tabs - arrows - at cover cap - 1 -.







- Disconnect connector - 2 - at bulb.
- Disengage wire clamp - 1 - and remove bulb - 3 - from housing.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:
- Insert new bulb (H7. 12 V, 55 W W 5W Long life) in housing without touching glass bulb with bare hand.
- Secure bulb with spring clip.
- Re-connect electrical connections and close housing cover.
- Adjusting fog lamps 404.
