Rear Cross Panel Trim, Removing and Installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1410)









1 Screws (Qty. 4)

• Tightening specification 5 Nm

2 Rear cross panel trim

• Removal:

- Open luggage compartment floor lid.

- Remove screws - 1 - (Qty. 4).

- Carefully remove rear cross panel trim - 2 - from locking pins - arrows -.

• Installing:

To install, perform the steps used in removal in reverse order. Observe the following when doing so:

- Tailgate rubber must lie over rear cross panel trim.

- Tighten screws to 5 Nm.
