Drive chain or chain tensioner for oil pump, removing and installing

Removing
- Remove oil pan (upper part).
- Remove front sealing flange.





- Unscrew bolts -4- and remove chain tensioner -3- from front sealing flange -1-.
- Remove chain from drive chain gear.

Installing





- Replace O-ring -2-.
- Bolt in chain tensioner -3- with bolts -4- (with washers) to front sealing flange -1-.





- Unscrew locking bolt from adjustment hole -3-.
- Press chain tensioner -1- in direction of arrow until 3 mm diameter drill bit -2- can be slid into alignment hole of sealing flange and chain tensioner.
- Install front sealing flange.
- Remove oil pan (upper part).
