Combination valve for secondary air system, removing and installing

Removing





^ Move electrical wire (arrow) clear.
^ Loosen hose clips -1- and -2- and remove air hose between air cleaner housing and Throttle valve control module -J338-.
^ Take out air cleaner housing.





^ Unbolt Throttle valve control module -J338- from intake manifold (arrows) and move clear to one side (coolant hoses remain attached).





^ Disconnect air hose -2- and vacuum hose -1- at combination valve for secondary air system.
^ Unscrew 2 bolts (arrow) and remove combination valve.

Installing
Installation is performed in the reverse order. Note the following:
