Removing and installing sensor wheel
The sensor wheel and securing bolts must be replaced every time the bolts are loosened.
^ Contact surface of crankshaft/sensor wheel must be free of oil and grease.
^ Thinly coat contact surface of crankshaft/sensor wheel with locking fluid, Refer to Parts Supplier





Installed location
^ "VR6" marking -2- must be positioned at bore of bolt -3- that goes into crankshaft crankpin (contour of crankshaft is shown by dashed line -1 -)
^ Gap (arrow) in ring gear lies across from designation
^ Second "VR6" marking -4- may be ignored
- Tighten new bolts only finger-tight.
- Tighten bolt-1-.
- Tighten bolt-2-.
