5 Speed Automatic 01L AWD

Wiring harness inside transmission, removing and installing
Removing
- Remove valve body.
- Using small screwdriver, lift small tabs of connector at solenoid valves and remove connector.
- Remove harness from side clips of valve body.





- Remove sensor for transmission RPM - G182 -A- on backside of valve body.
- Carefully bend out both clips -arrows- with a pair of pliers.

Installing
Installation is in reverse of removal but in addition do the following:
- Install harness connectors to respective solenoid valves.

Note: The clips must engage.





- Connect sensor for transmission RPM - G182 -A- on backside of valve body.
- Secure harness with clamps -arrows-.

Note:
^ Replace damaged clamps.
^ The harness must be routed according to the illustration. If installed incorrectly, the harness can be pinched when the valve body is installed.
