ATF lines and ATF cooler, cleaning

Note:
^ Observe notes regarding "ATF lines, removing and installing".
^ Always blow out ATF lines and ATF cooler with compressed air - max. pressure 10 bar (145 psi) before installing an exchange transmission.

WARNING: Wear protective glasses.





^ Remove bolts -item 2, -item 3, and item 5-.
^ Remove ATF lines -item 6 and item 7- from transmission.
^ Attach hose to ATF line, -item 6- and secure with hose clamp. Insert other end into suitable container.
^ Apply air pressure several times into ATF line -item 7-.
^ Reposition hose from ATF line -item 6- to ATF line -item 7- and repeat
^ Tighten ATF lines again with proper tightening torque.
^ Check ATF level and add ATF as necessary.
