1 - Upper A-pillar trim

- Removing
- Pry off cap - 3 -.
- Remove screw - 2 -.
- Unclip upper A-pillar trim panel - 1 - and roof frame trim - 11 - together at clip - 14 -.
- Pull out catch strap - 12 - from upper A-pillar trim panel - 1 -, at - 4 -.

- Installing
- Slide catch strap - 12 - behind clip - 14 - into upper A-pillar trim panel - 1 -, at position - 4 -.







WARNING: The green thread - 13 - must always face the vehicle interior.

- Securely clip upper A-pillar trim panel - 1 - and roof frame trim - 11 - together at clip - 14 -.
- Securely bolt catch strap - 12 - with upper A-pillar trim panel - 1 - to roof frame trim - 11 -.

2 - Screw
- Tightening torque: 3.5 Nm
3 - Concealment cap
- Always replace cap - 3 - if catches are faulty.
- Engage cap - 3 - in recess.







4 - Position for catch strap
5 - Screw
- Tightening torque: 3.5 Nm
6 - Coat hook
- Open coat hook - 6 -.
- Remove bolt - 5 -.
- Unclip coat hook - 6 -.
7 - Screw
- Tightening torque: 3.5 Nm
8 - Washer
9 - Screw
- Tightening torque: 3.5 Nm
10 - Attachment eyelets for separation grill
11 - Roof frame trim
12 - Catch strap
13 - Green thread
14 - Clip
