Contact corrosion!
Contact corrosion can occur if non-approved fasteners are used on the vehicle (bolts, nuts, washers etc.).

For this reason, all the fasteners used in production are specially treated. These components can be identified by their greenish surface finish.

In addition to this, all rubber and plastic parts and all adhesives are made of non-electrically conductive materials.

If you are not sure whether used parts can be refitted, always fit new parts.
