Center Console Extension, Removing And Installing

- Torque wrench V.A.G 1410







1 - Extension for center console

Removing
- Remove center armrest (one-piece,split).
- Remove storage compartment.
- Remove cup holder unit with small storage compartment lid.
- Move both seats to foremost position and backrests to upright position.
- Remove rear vent and rear Climatronic Control Module.
- Remove bolts - 2 - (2x).
- Remove bolts - 3 - (6x).
- Remove bolts - 4 - (3x).
- Disconnect connectors to sockets - 2 - and to large storage compartment light.
- Remove center console extension - 2 - to front.

Installing
Install in reverse order of removal.

2 - Bolts (2x), 4 Nm
3 - Bolts (6x), 4 Nm
4 - Bolts (3x), 4 Nm
5 - Rear brackets
6 - Front brackets
