Selector shaft, cleaning
- Remove automatic transmission control module -J217.





- Clean selector shaft detent -arrow-. Do not use fluffy cloths. Take special care to remove all metal particles and any other dirt from contact surfaces of solenoids.

Note: Make sure that the spring -A- and roller-Bare fitted correctly.





- Remove any dirt and metal particles from senders -A-, -C- and -D-.
- Re-install automatic transmission control module -J217.
