Outer Headrest Guides Without Insertion Lock, Removing And Installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required







- Hook 3438







Removing
- Push release button - 2 - in - direction of arrow A - and pull headrest - 1 - upward as far as possible - arrow B -, keep release button pushed while doing so.







- Guide hook 3438 into hole in headrest - 1 - and engage hook at retaining tab - 3 -.
- Hook must point in direction of travel.
- Tilt hook 3438 toward front - arrow - and pull headrest guide upward at the same time and out of mount - 2 -.

Installing
Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:
- The headrest guide can only be inserted in one position.
