- Special hook 3370

Removing







- Carefully remove instrument panel vent rearward using special hook3370.

Installing
Installation is reverse of removal.

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required







- Pop rivet pliers VAS 5072

Removing
- Remove instrument panel.
- Remove air quality sensor from damaged side.







- Cut through weld points - 2 - (4x) flush to air guide using a sharp knife.







- Remove damaged air vent.
- Drill 5 mm hole at points - 2 - (3x).

Installing
- Install new air duct, ensuring no parts lie in the air channel.
- Rivet in the provided pop rivets for air guide at points - 2 - (3x).
- Install the provided bolt - 3 - for air guide.
Further installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
