Seals for mass air flow sensor, replacing

Special tools and equipment





^ Removal lever 80-200





^ Press tool T40044

Work sequence
- Remove air filter housing.

Note: Make sure that sealing surfaces of rear air intake pipe are not scratched or damaged when prying off seals.





- Carefully pry off seals with removal lever.
- Note installation position of new seals:





^ The sealing lip (arrow) faces downward.

Note: Do not use lubricant or oil.





- Place new seal onto press tool T4044 and press in fully while applying light pressure.
- Repeat procedure on other side.
