Side Window With Gloss Package, Assembly Overview

1 - Side window
- Note different distances of adhesive bead from edge of window.
- When installing first position bottom of window against side panel.
- Press window down as far as it will go -arrow- and into window opening.
- After the setting time, install roof trim strip and D-pillar trim.
2 - Roof trim strip, D-pillar
- C-pillar trim removed.
- To remove, carefully pry out of retainers, starting at bottom of C-pillar.
- Next, pry out of retainers at D-pillar and pull downward out of roof trim strip.
3 - C-pillar trim
- To remove, pull trim backward out of retainers -4-.
- When installing, first position top of trim against room trim strip and press fully into retainers -4-.
- Dimension -a- = 0.5 ± 0.1 mm
4 - Retainers
- Riveted to C-pillar.
