Gear oil level in rear final drive, checking
Special tools, testers and auxiliary equipment required





^ Drip tray VAG 1306
- Place drip tray VAG 1306 underneath.





- Unscrew screw plug -1- to gear oil control.
- The oil level is correct when rear final drive is filled to lower edge of filler hole.
- Top up with gear oil, if necessary:
- Refer to Specification.
- Screw in screw plug.
