Stator Shaft, Removing and Installing

Stator shaft, removing and installing - 5 Spd. A/T 01V Front and All Wheel Drive

Removing

^ ATF pump removed from ATF supply housing.





- Remove bolts - arrows -.





- Warm ATF supply housing area around stator shaft to approx. 70° C with a hot air gun.
- Press stator shaft under shop press with a suitable drift - 1 -.

Installing

CAUTION:
Check ATF supply components for wear and damage.





- Install guide pin M6 T10288/4 and position stator shaft.
- Warm ATF supply housing area around stator shaft to approx. 70° C with a hot air gun.
- Press stator shaft in under shop press using a suitable drift.





- Tighten bolts - arrows -.

^ Tightening torque: 10 Nm.
