Level Sensor, Removing and Installing

Level sensor (all wheel drive), removing and installing
Removing
^ Switch off ignition.
^ Disconnect Ground (GND) strap from battery





^ Unplug connection -1- from level sensor.
^ Remove hex bolt -3-.
^ Remove hex nut -4-.
Be careful not to turn sensor crank by 180°, or else basic adjustment must be made again.

Note: When installing linkage post -1- at level sensor, use an 8 mm open-end wrench with dimension -A-, to avoid damaging seal..





^ Dimension (A): 4 mm

Installing

Note:
^ Make sure that pins at bracket page 43-40 item no. 3 (see arrow) engage in auxiliary frame.
^ Coupling must be vertical.
^ Sensor crank (arm) must point backward and downward.
^ Make sure that bracket and clamp are screwed to flat part of the stabilizer.

Rest of installation is the reverse of removal.
