Front Door Handle And Door Lock, Assembly Overview

1 - Mount for door handle
2 - Door lock
3 - Operating rod
- Clipping into door lock
4 - Multi-point socket-head bolt
- 20 Nm
5 - Lock cylinder cover
- Remove lock cylinder and unclip cover
6 - Lock cylinder
7 - Door handle
- Before disassembling, remove window frame and window lifter.
8 - Operating lever
9 - Clip
- Hook operating rod in clip, swivel clip 90 degrees and snap onto operating rod.

- Open driver's door.
- Pry off cap -2-.
- Turn TORX bolt -arrow-counter-clockwise as far as it will go.
- This moves arm -1- backward and releases lock cylinder.
- Pull lock cylinder out of door handle.
