Level Sensor, Removing and Installing

Level sensor (front wheel drive), removing and installing
Removing
^ Switch off ignition.
^ Disconnect Ground (GND) strap from battery





^ Unplug connection -2- from level sensor.
^ Remove cable ties
^ Remove hex nuts 1, 4, and 5.
^ Remove level sensor.

Be careful not to turn sensor crank by 180°, or else basic adjustment must be made again.

Note: When installing linkage -6- at level sensor, use an 8 mm open-end wrench with dimension -A-, to avoid damaging seal





Dimension (A): 4 mm

Installing
When installing level sensor, make sure that sensor crank and linkage are in correct orientation to one another.

Note:
^ Linkage must be vertical.
^ Sensor crank (arm) must point backward and downward.

Rest of installation is the reverse of removal.
