Lock Cable, Adjusting





- Loosen bolt -6-.
- It should be possible to move support bracket -3- by hand in direction shown (arrow -5-).
- Move steering column down.
- Position adjusting gauge 3352A (item -4-) between lever (for lock cable) and lock cable eye.
- Pull lock cable in direction shown (arrow -5-) and tighten bolt -6- to 10 Nm (7 ft lb).
- Remove adjusting gauge.
- Check ignition key lock after each adjustment of lock cable.
- Install steering column switches.
- Install driver's side storage shelf under steering wheel.
- Install front part of center console.
- Install selector lever handle.
- Connect battery Ground (GND) strap.
- Activate radio code.
