Side Window (Avant), Installing

- Cut adhesive bead on side window down to about 2 mm.
- Cut adhesive bead on glass flange back.







- Apply adhesive material to leftover material around edge.

- Dimension - a - = 12 mm + 2 mm
- Dimension - b - = 8 mm + 3 mm

CAUTION:
- Do not prime bonding surface or treat with cleaning solution.
- Windshield must be installed within 10 minutes; otherwise, proper adhesion of the sealing material will be impaired.







- Set glass - 2 - in window opening and push into two retaining tabs (arrows) in rear roof trim at D-pillar.
- Adjust glass to fit cutout.
- Secure window bracket at C-pillar using hollow rivet - 1 -.
- Install C-pillar trim.
Curing time: 4 hours
