1) This type of malfunction is indicated by VAG 1551 in addition to the affected component

NOTE:
- The ratio of transmission - and transmision input to engine RPM in 4th and 5th gear is not plausible with closed torque converter.
- Only published repair procedures should be conducted. If the repair is not published the complete transmission must be replaced.
