Note: The pressure between the EVAP canister and EVAP canister purge regulator valve N80 is measured with valve N80 open and again with valve N80 closed via the EVAP system differential pressure sensor.

If the difference in the two pressures is less than 0.29-0.75 in Hg (9.76-25.38 mbar) (depending on intake air mass air flow rate), DTC P0440/16824 is set.
