Notes:
^ B1 = Bank 1 (right side), S1 = Sensor 1 (front HO2S), B2 = Bank 2 (left side), S2 = Sensor 2 (rear HO2S).

^ DTC P0136/16520 is set 123 seconds after engine start and 30 seconds after HO2S heater is switched ON when the HO2S signal voltage during a deceleration fuel shut off is greater than 100 mV with ECT above 80°C (176°F). The deceleration fuel shut off must last longer than 4 seconds.

^ DTC P0138/16522 is set when HO2S voltage is greater than 1.2 volts for longer than 1 second after engine start.
