1 Oil seal

2 20 Nm (15 ft lb)

3 Oil pressure relief valve
• Threaded plug with engine oil temperature sensor for engine oil temperature gauge. Tightening torque: 30 Nm (22 ft lb)

4 10 Nm (7 ft lb)

5 M6: 10 Nm (7 ft lb)
M8: 20 Nm (15 ft lb)
• When installing oil pan, tighten diagonally in two stages

6 10 Nm (7 ft lb)

7 Securing plate
• Always replace

8 Gasket
• Always replace
• Do not use adhesives

9 10 Nm (7 ft lb)

10 Oil pump gasket
• Always replace

11 Gasket
• Always replace

12 Oil pump
• Only replace entire unit

13 Cap
• Replace seat if damaged

14 Oil dipstick
• Quantity difference "mm." and "max.:" 1.0 liter (1.1 qt.)

15 Oil retention valve
• 6 Nm (53 in lb)
• Remove and install with 8 mm four-square Allen-key socket
• Install with locking compound D6

16 Adapter
• 50 Nm (37 ft lb)

17 Oil pressure switch (white)
• 25 Nm (18 ft lb)

18 Engine oil pressure sensor -G10-
• 25 Nm (18 ft lb)

19 Oil pick-up
• Attach to oil pump first

20 10 Nm (7 ft lb)

21 Baffle plate

22 Oil pan
• Clean gasket surfaces before mounting

23 Oil seal
• Always replace

24 30 Nm (22 ft lb)
