Modified parts of the planetary gearbox

In transmissions with code loners CFS1 the following parts have been modified.

1 - Planet carrier

^ modified ratios in planetary gears


Note:
The planet carder cannot be disassembled with available shop tools.

2 - Shim

3 - Outer splined plates

^ always 1.5 mm thick

4 - Thrust plate

^ thickness varies depending on number of in nor splined plates in B1

^ 5 plates = 13.5 mm

^ 6 plates = 10.5 mm

5 - Sun gear, small

6 - Washer

7 - Axial needle bearing
