1 - Circiip

^ different thicknesses

^ mark after removing and reinstall in same place

2 - Thrust plate

^ install chamfered side toward circlip


3 - Inner splined plate


4 - Outer splined plate


5 - Thrust plate

^ install with crimped wavy spring washer pointing toward piston


6 - Wavy spring washer

^ removing/installing

8 - Piston

^ sealing lips vulcanized on

^ before installing, moisten sealing lips with ATF

^ when installing, turn piston slightly

^ removing/installing together with circlip - Fig. 1


9- Spring

^ place between pistons


10 - Piston

^ seals are vulcanized on

^ before inserting, coat seals with ATF

^ when installing turn piston slightly


11 - Clutch housing with pump shaft


12 - Piston ring

^ replace only faulty rings damaged at disassembly


13 - Piston rings

^ replace only faulty rings

^ to remove, unhook at opening

- Carefully press down piston until the circlip can be installed.
