Evaporator Temperature Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

A/C Thermostat:

REMOVING
- Remove water tray cover then remove capillary tube.
- Remove electrical contacts.
- Remove A/C Thermostat.

INSTALLING
- Insert capillary tube into evaporator housing 180 mm.
- Ensure tube comes in contact with evaporator fins.
- Install A/C Thermostat.
- Inspect electrical connectors for damage or corrosion.
- Install wiring connectors.
- Install water tray cover.
