Ambient Temperature Switch


Purpose and Operation
The ambient temperature switch is connected to control panel head. When the ambient temperature falls below 37°F (3°C), the switch opens and interrupts a ground signal. The control panel head will then prevent the A/C compressor circuit from being energized at these cooler temperatures.
